Busy-day Chocolate Cake - Martha Stewarts recipe

This must be the easiest and fastest to prepare chocolate cake. And its eggless and butterless! And you do the mixing in the same pan you use for baking! Its that simple!
Yet its soft,fluffy and moist.
No reaaon not to bake anymore!
You got to try it!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 cup cold water


Directions


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 175 celcius.
2. In an 8-inch square baking pan, whisk together all-purpose flour, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, and coarse salt.
3. Make a well in center of flour mixture and add vegetable oil, pure vanilla extract, white vinegar, and cold water. Whisk until well combined.
4. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
5. Let cool completely in pan on a wire rack.


Buttercream Toping
1/2 cup of butter ( soft at ro temperature )
1 1/2 cups of icing sugar
2 tbsp of milk
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Beat them all up untill combined and smooth.
Cut and served - Lovely!
