Banana Cake




I was looking round for a good,delicious yet simple banana cake recipe.I usually copy it down to a book so I can't recall where I got it from.Anyway thanks for the ownwers recipe.The actual recipe didn't put cocoa.But since all my children loved cocoa and I thought that cocoa goes well with banana,I decided to marble it.Not a bad idea at all.
Lets see the ingredients.


150gms         mashed bananas ( I used Berangan)
180gms         flour
2tbs              fresh milk
180gms         castor sugar
3                   eggs (slightly beaten)
120ml            oil ( I used corn oil. You can use cooking oil if you want to)
1tsp               ovelette
1tsp               bicarbonate of soda
1tsp               baking powder
1tsp               essence of vanilla
a pinch of salt     
2tbsp             cocoa powder




Method:

  1. Sift flour,bicarbonate of soda and baking powder.
  2. Mash the banana.
  3. Beat egg and sugar.Add essence of vanilla and fresh milk.Mix well.
  4. When its well mixed add the mashed banana.
  5. Fold in the flour.
  6. Divide into two.Add the cocoa powder to one portion.
  7. Pour into a baking loaf.
  8. Marble it.
  9. Bake it at 180c for 40 minutes.
  10. Leave it to cool on a cooling rack before cutting it.



Bahan-bahan:150gms      pisang yang telah dilecekkan (saya guna pisang berangan)180gm        tepung gandum
 2sb             susu segar
180gm        gula kastor
3 telur          (dipukul sedikit)
120ml          minyak (saya menggunakan minyak jagung)
1sk              ovelette
1sk              soda bikarbonat
1sk              serbuk penaik
1sk              vanilla
secubit garam
2sb              serbuk koko

Cara:

  1. Ayak tepung, soda bikarbonat dan serbuk penaik.
  2. Lecekkan pisang.
  3. Pukul telur dan gula kastor hingga kembang.Campurkan susu dan minyak kemudian pukul lagi.
  4. Masukkan pisang yang telah dilecekkan.
  5. Masukkan tepung dan sebatikan.
  6. Bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian.Satu bahagian campurkan serbuk koko dan kacau hingga sebati.
  7. Masukkan dalam bekas pembakar dan marblekan.
  8. Bakar 180c selama 40 minit.
  9. sejukkan sebelum dipotong.
