Rice Apam

Assalamu'alaikum everyone,
What a day today.Extremely busy and stressing morning.But then I still managed to make these with HIS grace.
Getting out from the normal baking I suppose.
So lets see the ingredients.

2 cups of rice
2 cups of flour
2 cups of rice flour
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cups white sugar
2 1/2 cups water ( I used 3 cups and found the texture much softer)
1 tsp dried active yeast
grated coconut and salt


Method:
  1. Blend rice and water well.
  2. Add brown and white sugat to the mixture.
  3. In another bowl add flour.rice flour and yeast.
  4. Add in the blended miture. Stir and mix well.
  5. Leave for 3 hours.
  6. Put in small bowls and steam for 15 minutes.
  7. Eat with grated coconut mixed with salt.
