Assalamu'alaikum everyone,
What a day today.Extremely busy and stressing morning.But then I still managed to make these with HIS grace.
Getting out from the normal baking I suppose.
So lets see the ingredients.
2 cups of rice
2 cups of flour
2 cups of rice flour
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cups white sugar
2 1/2 cups water ( I used 3 cups and found the texture much softer)
1 tsp dried active yeast
grated coconut and salt

Method:
- Blend rice and water well.
- Add brown and white sugat to the mixture.
- In another bowl add flour.rice flour and yeast.
- Add in the blended miture. Stir and mix well.
- Leave for 3 hours.
- Put in small bowls and steam for 15 minutes.
- Eat with grated coconut mixed with salt.
